TOURNAMENT ENTRIES AND PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES

As a condition of entry to all Bowls Hawkes Bay events, anyone that enters our events must be double vaccinated and agree to provide, written or electronic evidence of their COVID-19 Vaccination Passes to the Bowls Hawkes Bay representatives on duty, when requested, at all Bowls Hawkes Bay Clubs.  

1.  Use the Electronic Form

  • No eMail? Use bowlshawkesbay@gmail.com
  • Club - use Composite if applicable.
  • Event - choose from drop-down list (click on downward facing triangle)
  • Team Entry Fees - choose quantity of 1 for your event by using drop-down list.
  • Remember to accept Terms & Conditions by clicking in the square box.
  • When you have completed ALL questions and submitted it, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

2.  Pay Entry Fee by online banking

  • into the Bowls Hawke's Bay bank account.
  • 06-0701-0205340-00
  • Please quote your Name and Entry SP Number as reference.
  • If you cannot use online banking then you must pay into Bowls Hawke's Bay ANZ bank account quoting your name & tournment.

Please note that in addition to your bank payment, ONE of the following must be received

  • An electronic Entry Form or
  • An email to
    bowlshawkesbay@gmail.com by 12:30pm on the due date stating:
  • The tournament you are entering
  • Date of the tournament
  • Names of ALL team members and the position they will play
  • Advise how you will pay
  • Contact mobile number
